What are mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets are delivered in a mobile Passbook format specifically designed for smartphones. Mobile tickets contain the customary ticket information that you are familiar with seeing on a traditional ticket such as game date, time, section, row, seat, etc.
How does mobile ticketing work?
Login to your ticketing account to access your mobile tickets. While on your smartphone, you will click the desired game, then be prompted to add the tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet. You're now ready to go for your event!
How do I ensure I can access my tickets on event day via my smartphone?
We STRONGLY recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to arriving to your event. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the door as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.
Can I have multiple tickets on my smartphone for entry?
Yes, if your group is entering the event together, you can have all your tickets on your smartphone. You will simply swipe to display the tickets individually and scan.
How far in advance can I access my tickets?
For most events, tickets are available in online ticketing accounts immediately after purchase. Certain packages such as season tickets, mini plans, or family packs are available on specific dates that will be communicated to ticket holders as the selected season nears.
What if I cannot see my tickets in my account?
Make sure you have used the correct email address and password to sign in. At times, there may be more than one record for you and tickets may be in another account. If you cannot see purchased tickets, please contact the Ticket Office.
What if I need help on event day?
Fans are encouraged to login to their account and add their tickets to their mobile wallets as soon as they are available. Waiting to do so at the event could mean you are unable to do so with if there is unreliable cellular service. If you are still unable to successfully access your mobile tickets on event day, attendants at the ticket office will be able to assist fans with valid IDs with their accounts.
